At NØRVA, product safety is an essential part of the customer experience.
Please read and follow all instructions and safety information supplied with your NØRVA Heat before use.
01Intended Use
NØRVA Heat is a portable rechargeable hand-warming product intended to provide personal warmth during everyday cold-weather activities.
Use the product only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions supplied with it.
02Before Use
Inspect the product before use.
Do not use the product if it appears damaged, unusually swollen, cracked, leaking or otherwise compromised.
If you suspect a fault, discontinue use and contact NØRVA support.
03Heat Safety
Heated products should be used responsibly.
Stop using the product if the heat becomes uncomfortable or causes skin discomfort.
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat on the same area of skin.
People who have reduced ability to perceive heat should exercise particular caution and follow the supplied product instructions.
04Charging & Battery Safety
Follow the charging instructions supplied with the product.
Do not use visibly damaged charging equipment.
Do not intentionally damage, puncture, crush, modify, dismantle or expose the product or its battery to fire or excessive heat.
Stop using the product if you notice unusual heat, odour, deformation, leakage or other abnormal behaviour.
05Water & Moisture
Do not assume that NØRVA Heat is waterproof or water-resistant unless this is expressly stated in the official product documentation supplied with your product.
Keep charging connections away from moisture and follow the supplied instructions concerning use and storage.
06Children
Keep the product away from young children unless use is expressly permitted by the official product instructions and appropriate supervision is provided.
07Storage
Store the product in a dry environment away from excessive heat, open flames and conditions that could damage the battery or enclosure.
Follow any additional storage instructions supplied with the product.
08Disposal
NØRVA Heat contains electronic components and a rechargeable battery and should not be disposed of with ordinary household waste where separate collection requirements apply.
Follow the applicable local rules for electronic equipment and batteries.
09Damaged or Potentially Unsafe Product
If you believe your NØRVA Heat is damaged or potentially unsafe:
- Stop using it.
- Disconnect it from charging where this can be done safely.
- Keep it away from heat and combustible materials.
- Contact NØRVA at support@norvasupport.se.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
10Product Identification & Regulatory Information
Manufacturer, product identification, applicable warnings and EU responsible-person information will be displayed and/or provided as required once the final verified product documentation has been obtained.
