These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through NØRVA’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

01Orders
When you place an order with NØRVA, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the affected product.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout, including your delivery address and contact information, is correct.
02Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market where supported by our store.
Prices, promotions and availability may vary between countries and markets.
Any applicable taxes will be handled and displayed in accordance with the checkout configuration for your destination.
03Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country, device and payment provider.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include card payments, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
Payment is processed securely through the payment provider shown at checkout.
NØRVA does not directly store complete payment-card details.
04Shipping & Delivery
NØRVA currently ships to supported European destinations.
Our estimated delivery time is generally 7–12 business days unless another estimate is displayed during checkout or on the relevant product page.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed during checkout and may vary by destination.
05Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online within the EU/EEA generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins after the consumer receives the goods in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact NØRVA at support@norvasupport.se with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You may also use the applicable statutory model withdrawal form where required.
Exercising your statutory rights does not require you to provide a reason.
0630-Day NØRVA Guarantee
In addition to applicable statutory rights, NØRVA provides a voluntary 30-Day NØRVA Guarantee.
The 30-day period begins when your order is delivered.
If you decide that your NØRVA product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@norvasupport.se.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer rights, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Our voluntary 30-Day NØRVA Guarantee does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights available to you.
07Returns
Before returning a product, please contact our support team so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Products should be returned with all included parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
A consumer exercising the statutory right of withdrawal may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Do not send a return without first following the return instructions provided by NØRVA.
08Refunds
Once a return has been received and processed, an eligible refund will be issued using the applicable original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Where mandatory consumer law requires reimbursement of qualifying standard delivery costs following a valid withdrawal, those rights will be respected.
09Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@norvasupport.se as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and information about the issue.
Where a product is defective or otherwise does not conform to the contract, your statutory consumer rights apply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs and specifications as accurately as reasonably possible.
Minor differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screens or manufacturing variations.
Safety instructions supplied with a product must be followed.
11Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, validity periods and eligibility requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or bundle discounts.
NØRVA reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or promotional errors to the extent permitted by law.

13Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers residing in another EU/EEA country of mandatory consumer protections available to them under applicable law.
15Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The version applicable to your purchase is generally the version available when your order is placed, subject to mandatory law.
